Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls
- Identify customers’ needs and provide consultation
- Receiving applications via the phone and redirecting them to appropriate units
- Drafting reply messages of telecommunication channels received via FB, Viber, website, InecoOnline and provision to customers, redirecting applications to appropriate units
- Make outgoing calls, as needed
Required Qualifications
- Higher education in Economics or related fields
- Good knowledge of Russian and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
