Responsibilities
- collaborate with business and technology leads to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories
- work with stakeholders to align expectations and prioritize key outcomes
- ensure the successful design, delivery and adoption of solutions
- participate in Team Demos and Retrospectives
- manage System Integrations and help drive the value stream to meet the set objectives
- cooperate with internal and external teams meant to enhance the project development and implementation
- conduct continuous research in the industry
- stay up to date with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
Required Qualifications
- higher education in financial or information technology areas
- 2+ years of work experience in Product Management and/or Product Development
- proven experience in product lifecycle development
- experience in product roadmap management, prioritization and stakeholder conflict resolution
- experience managing multiple PM software systems: Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.
- solid understanding of agile/scrum best practices
- knowledge of global business payment products and emerging payment models
- PMP, Product Owner or Scrum Master certifications will be a strong plus
- knowledge of RA banking services will be a plus
- proven ability to translate business needs into requirements, prioritize, and maintain backlog for assigned products
- ability to build strong and effective relationships within cross functional teams
- ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment
- excellent negotiation skills, with strong business acumen
