Responsibilities
- Provide customers with general advice about the company and its services
- Clarify and resolve customer issues, addressing their concerns
- Respond to messages received from various communication channels
- Register orders given by customers into the program
- Provide customers with information about delivered gifts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Love our customers
Required Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to cope with stressful situations
- Diligence, honesty and a high sense of responsibility
- Multi-tasking, quickly learning abilities
- Ability to work in rapidly changing situations and adapt quickly
