- Test (DFT), test pattern generation, and fault analysis - Create scalable and innovative automation solutions to streamline and improve DFT workflows using Python, Tcl/Tk, - Bash, and other scripting languages - Solving skills to address sophisticated challenges related to DFT architectures, test methodologies, and EDA tool flows - Continuously improve and optimize DFT methodologies for sophisticated technology nodes to reduce test costs, improve fault coverage, and increase test time efficiency - Collaborate closely with CAD, DFT, and design teams to deliver integrated solutions aligned with industry standards such as IEEE 1149.x, 1500, 1687, and 1838 - Lead build data and EDA infrastructure, including tool installation, server environment setup, and solving across Linux and Windows platforms

- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in a related field - Demonstrate strong software development skills with proficiency in C++ and Python, along with experience in Tcl/Tk and Shell/Bash scripting - Possess a proven understanding of data structures and protocols for software development in Linux and Windows environments - Exhibit deep knowledge of ASIC DFT methodologies, including Scan, MBIST, and ATPG techniques Scale design data efficiently - Be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in multi-functional teams, with strong written and verbal English interpersonal skills
