SME Lending Specialist

- Attract SME customers and make active sales - Consult regarding the lending processes - Receive and analyze loan applications - Create credit files, present to credit committee and manage the granting process - Maintain current loan portfolio - Collaborate with external partners - Prepare and present relevant reports - Track customers' payments

- University degree in economics or finance - At least 3 years' professional experience as a SME lending specialist - Excellent command of Armenian banking legislation and lending procedures - Good knowledge of MS Office and AS-Bank 4.0 software program - Outstanding customer communication and acquisition skills, as well as advanced skills of sales plan implementation negotiation and conflict management skills - Strong analytical mind - Good knowledge of Russian and English languages
