Responsibilities
- Carry out debt collection from debtors
- Ensure effective communication with debtors
- Make incoming and outgoing calls, provide relevant information to customers
Required Qualifications
- Be able to communicate with debtors in a persuasive and confident voice
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in stressful situations
- Excellent problem solving ability
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian
- Basic computer skills
- Higher education is not required
- Experience in debt collection or Customer Service is desirable
