- Process the Bank customers’ chargeback transactions with respect to the international payment systems - Review daily clearing files and prepare them for accounting - Perform operations in AS Operational Day software within assigned authorities - Run tasks from Smart Vista software remote workstation - Maintain the chargeback database - Ensure paper and electronic document flow of the Chargeback and Settlement Team through the systems running in the Bank - Review the chargeback claims submitted to the Bank and handle the process in the international payment systems

- University degree in finance, economics and/or engineering - At least 1 year of work experience in banking - Good knowledge of banking laws and regulations - Basic knowledge of MS Office, AS, Smart Vista - Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment - Flexibility and team-player skills - Fluency in Armenian and Russian; strong knowledge of English
