Project Coordinator

- Support the Project Manager in overseeing the project team's operations across all phases of the project - Assist the Project Manager in managing client communications and conducting training sessions - Collaborate in the creation and updating of project documentation, including requirements, release notes, system prototypes, and project plans as directed by the Project Manager - Support the Project Manager in the story point estimation process and client communications related to it - Convert features developed by the Research and Development department into user stories as requested by the Project Manager - Assist the Project Manager in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, such as Daily Standups, Retrospective meetings etc. - Review the sprint board and items on a daily basis to ensure progress - Work closely with a technical team comprising Software Engineers, Database Developers, System Analysts, QA Engineers, UI Designers, and Technical Writers to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives - Assign tasks to team members and ensure the smooth execution of project activities-

- Fluent to native-level proficiency in both verbal and written English communication - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, or a related field - Strong background in IT and analytics is preferred - At least 1 year of hands-on project management experience is preferred - Experience in designing, developing, or managing applications is advantageous - Proven ability to produce analytical reports and effectively communicate with clients - Proficient in using Project Management tools, such as MS Project and Atlassian products - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Project Management practices - Knowledge of web technologies and databases is preferred - Ability to perform well under pressure
