UI/UX Designer

- Investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets - Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy that aligns with our brand vision and user needs - Produce high-quality UX design solutions, including wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and interactive prototypes - Design intuitive UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets - Test and refine UI components like CTAs, banners, page layouts, design flows, and target links for landing pages to optimize engagement and performance - Collaborate closely with marketing, internal teams, and external designers to deliver seamless and tailored digital user experiences - Provide expert advice and guidance on implementing UX research methodologies, usability testing, and behavior analysis techniques - Adhere to established style standards for typography, color schemes, iconography, and overall visual design - Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, usability findings, and performance metrics - Partner with developers and stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and high-quality execution of design concepts

- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products or services. - BS/MS degree in Design, Art, Computer Science, or a related field. - A strong portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design work across both web and mobile platforms. - Proficiency in: - Figma - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) - InVision - Familiarity with Material Design guidelines and Apple Human Interface Guidelines - Experience with tools like Corel Draw is a plus - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (SCSS) is a plus
