Responsibilities
- Monitor and care for plant growth (watering, fertilizing, spraying, pruning, etc.) on a daily schedule
- Collect and record greenhouse data on yield, quality, and environmental conditions
- Oversee general greenhouse operations and prepare work reports when required
- Coordinate activities with growers, team leaders, engineers, and plant protection specialists
- Identify plant diseases and pests, and ensure implementation of plant protection measures
- Collaborate with and report directly to the Chief Agronomist during the work process
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in greenhouse operations will be considered an advantage
