Senior Front-end Developer (React.js)

- Build functionally and visually polished user experiences across Dexatel’s web platform - Develop well-architected, responsive, and high-performance web applications with a strong focus on speed and scalability - Write expert-level JavaScript code for modern browsers that is clean, maintainable, and reusable; debug and optimize existing code - Review peers’ code to ensure a clean, extensible, and high-quality codebase - Collaborate closely with product managers to implement features according to design and business requirements - Work with back-end engineers to deliver a consistent, reliable, and seamless web experience - Partner with the design team to exchange ideas and continuously improve the user experience - Write unit tests to ensure code robustness and maintain clear documentation - Produce functional requirement documents and internal guides - Refactor and improve existing features based on best practices, evolving requirements, and QA feedback - Stay up to date with emerging technologies and front-end trends

- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development - 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js - Strong experience with TypeScript and related technologies - Experience with Redux or other state management tools - Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 - Basic knowledge of Java - Experience working with REST APIs - Solid networking fundamentals and troubleshooting experience - Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams - Good understanding of UI/UX principles - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
