Merchant Success Manager (NIGHT SHIFT)

- Manage and grow a portfolio of restaurant clients - Lead discovery calls, demos, and close new deals - Set clear expectations during the sales process and ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts - Drive renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities - Identify risks and proactively work to prevent churn - Maintain accurate account information and activity in CRM - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction

- 2+ years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or customer-facing sales roles - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Experience working with SMB clients (restaurant industry experience is a plus) - Comfortable owning revenue targets and closing deals - Ability to work cross-functionally with success, support, and operations teams - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Fluent English (C1 level or higher preferred)
