SMM and Targeting Specialist

Business Development Group (BDG)

- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities - Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across social media platforms - Use Ads Manager as the primary work tool for campaign management and optimization - Ensure precise targeting based on course specifics and platform algorithms - Research and adopt new marketing trends and best practices - Develop and implement email marketing strategies to enhance engagement and conversion

- Higher education in Marketing, Public Relations (PR), or a related field - Minimum 2 years of experience in SMM, Marketing, Project management, or related roles - Strong targeting skills and hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager - Familiarity with Google Analytics (preferred) - Minimum B1 level English proficiency - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skill - Up-to-date with social media trends and capable of creating engaging, trend-driven content - Creative mindset with strong strategic and analytical thinking - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
