- Efficiently recruiting and managing the coaches team - Developing coaches' schedules and overseeing daily task managemen - Monitoring the quality of educational delivery and providing pertinent feedback to the Center Manager - Collaborating closely with workshop leaders to optimize outcome - Creating an environment characterized by trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort - Motivating and inspiring team members, planning and organizing team-building activities - Enhancing team strengths and addressing weaknesses through coaching - Identifying team goals and assessing team members' progress - Providing the team with weekly and monthly statistics on their accomplishments and results - Proactively preventing and resolving conflicts within the team - Following quadrant work and assisting students when necessary - Mentoring coaches, sharing experiences, and fostering their professional development - Coordinating solutions to technical problems, if any - Coordinating orientation presentations - Overseeing the center's activities during different events and presentations in collaboration with the Center Manager - Preparing reports on coaches' performance and regularly reviewing them with the Center Manager

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field - Proven experience in team management, ideally within an educational environment - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities - Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail - Passion for creative technologies and a commitment to fostering innovation and learning - Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
