- Develop creative and compelling copy for a variety of channels, including websites, email, social media, advertising campaigns, and product descriptions - Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and deliver innovative campaigns that align with business objectives - Lead brainstorming sessions and provide strategic insights into messaging and tone of voice - Ensure brand voice consistency across all content and platforms - Edit, refine, and proofread copy for clarity, grammar, and impact - Partner with SEO and marketing teams to optimize content for search engines while maintaining creativity

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - 4+ years of copywriting experience in an agency or in-house creative team, with a strong portfolio of published work - Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills - Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling copy - Demonstrated experience in leading creative projects and collaborating with design and marketing teams - Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO principles, and user engagement strategies - Outstanding time management and organizational skills - Experience mentoring or managing junior writers is a plus
