- Develop and implement the company’s commercial strategy to achieve revenue and profitability goals - Align commercial objectives with the company’s overall strategic vision and operational plan - Develop and maintain strategic relationships with partners, affiliates, and key stakeholders - Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and alignment with company goals - Ensure all commercial activities comply with industry regulations and legal requirements - Provide detailed commercial performance reports and forecasts to senior management

- 6+ years of experience in commercial management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the gambling or gaming industry - Strong ability to develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals - In-depth knowledge of the gambling industry, including customer behavior, market trends, and regulatory environments - Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage high-value contracts - Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders - Experience in international markets, particularly regulated regions
