Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
- Identify new opportunities to expand the customer base within the gambling industry
- Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure goals are met or exceeded
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and partners
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the gambling or gaming industry
- Proven ability to manage and inspire a high-performing sales team
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the gambling sector
- Proficiency in sales tools, CRMs, and pipeline management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in online gaming, sports betting, or casino operations
