Responsibilities
- Set up and manage tracking systems using tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms, ensuring accurate data collection for all media placements, including programmatic partners
- Implement pixels, retargeting, and conversion tracking for digital marketing campaigns, focusing on lead generation and attribution
- Create centralized and separate real-time reporting for each campaign using Looker (or similar data visualization tools), providing clear insights for stakeholders
- Consistently monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, using Python and SQL to generate actionable insights and optimization strategies for ongoing campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing, media buying, and content teams to optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI, ensuring all tracking is measurable and functioning properly
- Support A/B testing and experiment analysis, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing or Business Data Analytics
- Strong expertise in setting up tracking systems (GTM, Google Analytics) and implementing conversion tracking and retargeting strategies
- Proficiency in using data visualization platforms like Looker to deliver real-time, centralized, and campaign-specific reports
- Advanced knowledge of Python and SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to turn complex data into actionable optimization plans, with experience in lead generation tracking and campaign attribution
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical, marketing, and media teams
- Fluent in English and Russian (both spoken and written)
- Experience in B2B and iGaming industries is a plus
