- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a focus on startup projects from inception - In-depth knowledge of the target market, customer needs, and industry trends - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a creative mindset to innovate and think outside the box - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including charting and sprint planning - Ability to define and articulate a clear and compelling vision for the product - Formulating and executing an effective product strategy aligned with business objectives
