- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and objectives - Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of photoshoots in accordance with the established SMM strategy, ensuring the creation of relevant and engaging visual content - Collaborate with targeting specialists to design and execute effective advertising campaigns across various social media platforms, providing insights and recommendations as needed - Conduct in-depth research and analysis of key social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others, to identify trends, opportunities, and audience insights - Manage the full spectrum of SMM activities on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms, including Meta platform settings and optimization - Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth project execution and alignment on goals and deliverables - Work closely with the design team to develop visually appealing and effective marketing materials that support campaign objectives - Produce compelling, error-free, and targeted text content for social media posts, ensuring clarity and engagement - Create and manage dynamic stories using tools such as CapCut, Canva, VN, and other content creation platforms to enhance audience engagement - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the success of social media campaigns and the continued growth of client brands

- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in social media management - A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field - Formal education or certifications in Social Media Marketing, with relevant training or courses completed - Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over projects and client success - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and clients - Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines without compromising quality
