- Lead and develop the retail sales team, ensuring continuous sales growth - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales - Conduct training to enhance sales skills - Monitor and analyse sales metrics and market trends - Attract new customers and ensure ongoing collaboration - Present a report to management on sales metrics and performance - Participate in the development and optimization of team and individual bonus systems - Execute current instructions provided by management

- At least 5 years of work experience - Excellent sales skills - Analytical abilities - Management skills - Communication skills - Problem-solving skills - Proficiency in MS Office
