Project Manager (Digital and automation products)

- Develop Digital and Automation Products: Spearhead the development of digital and automation products for the company - Lead and Manage Projects: Take charge of all existing and new digital projects and products, including automation systems (e.g., ERP, E-Commerce platforms for both web and mobile) - Innovation and System Optimization: Drive innovation and optimize systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness - Coordinate Software Development: Manage and coordinate software development processes, ensuring timely delivery and quality output - Initiate Software Updates: Lead the analysis and implementation of necessary software updates to meet evolving business needs - Manage External Providers: Oversee the work of external providers to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines - Evaluate and Propose Modern Solutions: Assess current systems and recommend modern methodologies and technologies to improve performance and scalability - Timely Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports as required

- Higher Education in IT, Project Management or other relevant field - Working Experience in Project Management for at least 3 years - PMP or other international project management certification is an advantage - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian, English and Russian languages - Excellent team management, negotiation, presentation and problem solving skills - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills - Advanced computer skills
