- Assist in developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates - Help utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to source potential candidates - Aid in reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers - Use your proficiency in English to communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders - Support in ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system - Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices - Help with market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and emerging talent

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Up to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a related role, preferably with exposure to international hiring - Basic understanding of recruitment and selection processes - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and basic data management - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members - Good organizational skills to assist in managing the recruitment process and maintaining accurate records - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the talent acquisition field - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute positively to team goals
