Photo and Video Team Lead

- Plan, arrange, and follow up team’s day-to-day operations, including shootings, cuts, technical works, etc - Respond to needs and requests from senior-level management - Ensure all projects are on schedule - Deliver high-quality products on time - Create, review, and finalize daily videos, photos - Manage and oversee video pre-production planning and on-site production activities - Oversee video collection to ensure all media is archived appropriately and can be easily obtained - Regular training and feedback to junior staff members - Identify best practices for video/photo and evolve daily operations as necessary - Take care of communication’s video equipment - Create needed video and photo equipment budgets - Manage outsource video production as needed - Plan and organize external shootings as needed, including logistics and arrangement of the trips

- Strong experience in video and photo production, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality work - Proficiency in motion graphics and related software - Experience with live streaming using vMix or similar platforms - Ability to conduct research and make informed decisions on production equipment needs - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing junior team members
