- develop and execute Company's digital transformation strategy - collaborate with senior management to align digital initiatives with business goals - identify opportunities for digital innovation and ensure they are integrated into the overall business strategy - develop and manage the digitalization department budget - ensure the integration of existing systems with new digital solutions - develop new innovative partnerships and collaborations with different leading companies - identify and develop new Fintech solutions, explore alternative experimental financial technologies and develop products - evaluate and select appropriate vendors and service providers for digital projects - analyze current business processes and identify areas for digital improvement - lead and inspire the digitalization team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement - drive organizational change by promoting digital adoption and fostering a digital-first mindset - perform other duties as directed by the supervisor

- university degree in business management, engineering, computer science, finance or related fields, MBA is preferred - at least 5 years of proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within a similar role at a Fintech or IT company - experience with agile methodologies and digital project management - in-depth knowledge of global and local digital trends, technologies, and best practices - well-established relationships and network within the business and Fintech community - strong initiative, leadership and project management skills - excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making - proficiency in change management principles and practices - ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills - excellent command of English and Russian
