Innovations Specialist

- conduct market research, competitive analysis and study global Fintech innovation trends - proactively search for new innovative ideas and business opportunities - test new ideas or concepts before they are implemented in the marketplace; ensure timely and successful commercialization of approved initiatives - work closely with business and product teams to continuously inject innovations in the processes and products of the Bank - estimate budgets for new innovative projects and initiatives - engage with internal and external stakeholders to enhance innovative thinking around the Bank - perform other duties as directed by the supervisor

- university degree in business management, engineering, finance or related fields - work experience in Fintech or IT company is a plus - experience in innovation management - knowledge of world news, recent trends, new technologies and consumer behavior - a solid understanding of innovation and how it should be applied in business - advanced research skills - ability to manage multiple and diverse projects at once - proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders (internal and external) - excellent command of English and Russian
