- Perform a wide variety of general clerical duties, including filing (paper and electronic), billing, note-taking, posting - Handle HR related administrative tasks - Organize and schedule meetings and appointments - Perform orientations and update records of new staff - Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary - Organize office operations and procedures - Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment - Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures - Experience in finding and interviewing candidates - Effective HR administration and people management skills - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Effective oral and written communication skills - Results-oriented - Knowledge of English
