Required Qualifications
- To be successful in this role, you will need to: - Learn and apply knowledge in banking products and digital banking solutions - Become a critical thinker and solution finder - Learn the basics of record keeping and record management - Be passionate about continuously ensuring superior customer experience - Demonstrate strong communication / negotiation skills which will enable you to engage in effective conversations with customers and to build strong professional relationship - Demonstrate confidence, drive, inner energy - Gain experience in working with rules and regulations - Have good knowledge of Armenian and English - Become part of our great team
