Resident Relations Manager/Project Manager

- Searching, attracting, and onboarding candidates for the Free Economic Zone (FEZ) - Preparation of presentation materials and conducting presentations to potential candidates - Maintaining the website in an up-to-date state and regularly updating content - Preparing plans to promote FEZ services in partner channels, catalogs, media and social networks - Agreeing and concluding necessary contracts with candidates - Organizing consultations and providing assistance to candidates and residents - Regular reporting on residents and timely submission to regulatory authorities

- Higher education - Experience as a manager of partner projects/B2B for at least 1 year - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work on presentations and conduct them - Knowledge of Armenian (native), Russian and English languages
