- Manage office communications, including phone calls and emails - Maintain files and records with effective filing systems - Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.) - Assist in vendor relationship management - Help organize and maintain office common areas
Required Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills - Strong communication abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software - Ability to work independently - No specific experience required; comprehensive training will be provided
