- Participate in the development of the company’s business strategy with the team - Use detailed, comprehensive industry knowledge to develop and manage the implementation of the marketing, sales, and communications strategies to achieve strategic objectives - Establish and apply the sales, marketing processes, and practices - Contributes to a high performance, team effort that accomplishes goals - Challenge the activity and efficiency of the processes regularly - Organize/participate in relevant events to represent the company - Organize marketing campaigns, marketing strategy to boost brand awareness - Find new, creative ways to generate new leads
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B Business Development or Marketing, experience in the tech industry will be a great advantage - Proven experience successfully managing people and projects - Experience in the global market will be an advantage - In-depth knowledge of the marketing industry, including Social Media Marketing is required - In-depth knowledge of international/global software development market, current situation, and trends - Knowledge of CRMs and other business development and marketing tools - Excellent written communication skills in English - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in -a virtual environment - Ability to act as a leader and role model in business development and marketing activities - Demonstrated ability to make effective, thoughtful, and timely decisions - Strong business, analytical and organizational skills with a tolerance for uncertainty and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal or no supervision.
