- Lead and motivate team of sales staff to achieve team performance goals - Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the team - Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback - Address team concerns and resolve conflicts efficiently - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals - Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies - Manage inventory levels and optimize stock to meet customer demand - Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment - Implement effective merchandising strategies to display products and drive sales
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader in a retail field - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to motivate and inspire others - Proficient in retail operations - Strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction - Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages - Advanced computer skills - 1C program knowledge is a plus
