Responsibilities
- Configuring and maintaining the networked computer system, including hardware, system software, servers and applications - Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise - Manage devices on our network through Active Directory - Plan, test, and implement upgrades for our information systems - Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary - Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely - Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer system - Providing technical support when requested - Work with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements - Managing virtual machines in the data center and the cloud
Required Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages - Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information systems, or a related field - At least 3 years of relevant professional experience - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Scripting experience - Ability of Group Policy design and configuration - Good knowledge of Windows / Linux Servers - Good knowledge of ESXI & VMware virtualization - Good knowledge of Storage Systems - Experience working with DNS / DHCP server - Experience working with File Servers - Experience working with Cloud, Microsoft Azure and Office 365 knowledge is desired - Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently - Patient and professional demeanor, with a can-do attitude
