Responsibilities
- Resolve critical incidents/problems following the instructions and fluently apply escalation and notification procedures to leadership
- Report the quality control metrics by email following the procedure
- Provides problem resolution, reassigning or escalating advanced issues to appropriate technician or staff
- Investigate logs, configurations, and other relevant data to identify the root cause of the issue. Records data required to analyze problems
- Monitor our support channels - telegram and Slack - and respond to incidents promptly
- Document specific techniques for incident/problem resolution that will enable proactive system management
- Troubleshoot incidents, participate in blameless post-incident evaluations
- Suggest features and improvements based on patterns you observe
- Provide reasonable feedback on the existing process to the technical team
- Maintain the up-to-date SOPs and internal documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in Russian
- Intermediate working knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems at a user level Knowledge of AWS cloud services is a plus
- Should have a knack for working independently with minimal supervision and be proactive in identifying and correcting product documentation
