- Monitoring compliance standards implemented in the company - Monitoring of implemented policies and procedures within the framework of compliance control - Data collection, registration, assessment, management of information databases - Implementation of comparative analysis within the framework of compliance control - Participation in the development and implementation of new compliance control regulations - Compliance screening of participants in purchases (tenders) held in the company - Verification of the interdependence of the participants of individual transactions concluded with the participation of the company and the presence of conflict of interests - Regularly carries out verification of compliance of transactions with legislation and internal legal acts

- Academic education in legal field - Experience in the preparation of reports and proper implementation of document circulation - Effective communication skills - Analytical thinking, and flexibility - Ability to make decisions independently - Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages
