- Clear understanding of the hotel's business strategies then set goals and determine action plans to meet those goals - Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly - Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales - Conducts daily sales calls and arranges site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients - Represent Hayasa Hotel Yerevan in various events and exhibitions - Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the plan - Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times - Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders - Develop strong relationships with on property front office team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals - Able to support the hotel's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience - Attending all department and hotel meetings as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Working experience in Sales Department - Communicates and writes with fluency in English/Russian - High level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities - Pre-opening hotel experience is not a must but will be a plus - A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent will be a plus - Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations - Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
