Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to the clients entering branch and find out their banking needs
- Provide clients with necessary information and guide them by promoting Bank services sales
- Answer phone calls and, if necessary, transfer the call to the appropriate employee
- Contact current clients in order to get them acquainted with offers
- Respond to customer enquiries on account balances, terms of services, statements, cards, references and etc
- Update customer information file
- Ensure the availability of the necessary marketing materials in the branch
- Clarify customer problem solving options, inform branch management on problems and contact the client in a timely manner
- Provide customer account statements and references
- Contribute to maintain and enhance Bank's reputation by providing professional and efficient service
Required Qualifications
- Initiative
- Sales skills
- Communication skills
- Teamwork skills
- Higher education
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office is preferable
