- Design Print Materials: Create eye-catching brochures and other promotional materials that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives - Packaging design: from the initial planning and sketching through to modeling prototypes - Pre-print preparation: Ensure that all design files are print-ready, including specifying print settings, color profiles, and formats - Supporting scientific materials: Working with R&D teams on scientific posters and publications - Presentation Design: Design engaging and professional presentations for various purposes - Creating 2D illustrations, icons, and infographics that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate marketing messages - Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design materials - Collaboration: Work with cross functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate our messaging and enhance our brand image - Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Performs well in a fast-paced fluid environment; adapts quickly to change - Effective communicator (verbal and written); ability to professionally communicate at all levels both internally and externally with project stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) - Proven experience in graphic design (a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects) - Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; Google Doc+Presentations, Figma is a plus) - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles - Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to think outside the box - English and Russian languages proficiency - Biological or medical background is a plus
