- Develop a monthly content and media plan in alignment with the marketing strategy, prominent verticals, and business requirements - Set well-defined objectives for each social media campaign and track performance metrics - Curate and schedule captivating content across diverse social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok) - Maintain a consistent brand tone and manner in all content, adhering to the Tone of Voice (TOV) guidelines - Create and oversee paid social media advertising initiatives, assure budget allocation, targeting precision, and ad origination - Conduct experiments involving distinct content varieties, posting schedules, and advertisement formats to ascertain the most resonating approaches for the intended audience - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement rates, reach, clicks, conversions, app downloads, and follower growth - Employ analytics tools to gather insightful data and regularly compile reports assessing the efficacy of social media campaigns - Collaborate with an influencer marketing agency tasked with overseeing the company's influencer marketing endeavors - Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, algorithm alterations, and platform updates - Work collaboratively with the SMM manager and fellow marketing team members to distribute tasks and receive assignments effectively
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM) or Digital Marketing - Possession of certifications in digital marketing, social media marketing, or related fields - Proficiency in both Armenian (mandatory) and English languages - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, allowing for the management of multiple social media accounts and campaigns
