- Identify and evaluate potential partners aligned with our strategic goals - Establish and nurture strong relationships with key partners and vendors - Monitor partnership and vendor performance, using KPIs to guide improvements - Resolve inquiries, concerns, and disputes effectively, ensuring smooth collaboration - Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships while managing budgets - Collect and utilize feedback from partners and vendors to enhance our offerings - Act as a vocal advocate for partners and vendors within the organization - Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles - Excellent knowledge of English and Chinese languages - Exceptional negotiation and communication skills - Strong project management and organizational abilities - Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with the gaming and gambling e-commerce industry is a plus
