- Process design for composites automated manufacturing - Prototyping and development of composites manufacturing processes - Implementation and testing of (new) composites manufacturing processes - Lead Composite manufacturing improvements, including identifying & delivering future composite cleanroom development projects - Being involved in developing processes for new and upcoming programms - Assist in the development of future processes to enable the continued growth of the AERODYNAMICS manufacturing capabilities - Assisting Engineering team in developing current and future capability models - Be responsible for the well-being and Health & Safety of yourself and fellow workers

- Experienced composite professional, demonstrable experience in pre-preg hand layup techniques - Ideally have experience of training/developing/mentoring of junior colleagues within composites manufacturing - Experience of working with and aiding in the development of Composites Manufacturing processes
