- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and project objectives - Create visually appealing and impactful designs for digital and print materials, including books, flyers, social media graphics, website layouts, banners, and advertisements - Create, develop and maintain the company's brand identity by ensuring consistent use of fonts, colors, and graphic elements across all materials - Utilize graphic design software and tools to create and edit visual content, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail - Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for new campaigns and initiatives - Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs based on stakeholder input and brand guidelines - Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continually enhance the quality of design deliverables - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure accurate execution of design projects - Post production process handling from A-Z - Collaborate with 3d artists, illustrators and others if needed - Maintain a digital asset library, organizing and archiving design files for easy accessibility and future use

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other similar tools - Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition - Knowledge of current design trends, industry standards, and best practices - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Basic knowledge of Midjourney will be a plus
