- Conducting negotiations on non-performing loans by phone - Clarifying the customer's ability to pay overdue debts, verifying the necessary information - Implementation of other activities aimed at non-performing loan recovery - Implementation of activities to identify and manage possible non-performing loans

- Higher education, preferably in economics and finance - At least 2 years of working experience in banking/financial system - Knowledge of debt collection software systems - Knowledge of RA banking legislation and RA Civil legislation - Good command of Russian and English
