- Lead digital product team towards an execution of digital agenda - Develop and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with the company's overall business strategy - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the digital product landscape - Define product goals, objectives, and success metrics, and ensure that they are well-communicated across the organization - Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to product launch and ongoing optimization - Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that balances short-term priorities with long-term strategic initiatives

- Expertise in building and executing digitial products (web development; mobile applications; e-commerce platforms) - Passion for building products for the user - Experience in usability and customer focused design - Proven work experience as a team lead - Assertive communication style with different stakeholders (IT/Finances and others)
