- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration among team members - Empower and guide the development team to self-organize, make informed decisions, and take ownership of their work - Provide guidance to the team in adopting and enhancing Agile practices, proactively removing impediments, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement - Serve as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effectively managing expectations - Identify and promptly address impediments that hinder the team's progress, actively removing obstacles to ensure smooth workflow - Monitor and report on project progress, team velocity, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to relevant stakeholders - Encourage and facilitate a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, emphasizing the importance of retrospectives - Assist the organization in its Agile transformation journey, aiding other teams and stakeholders in understanding Agile principles and practices - Foster collaboration and alignment among different teams, promoting a cohesive and unified approach to achieving organizational goals

- Minimum of 3 years of Scrum Master Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master, with a track record of facilitating Agile practices and ensuring successful project deliveries - Proficient in Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including but not limited to Scrum, Kanban, and Lean - Effective Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts in a clear and comprehensible manner - Leadership and Coaching: Possesses strong leadership and coaching abilities, with the capacity to guide and inspire teams toward achieving their goals - Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment characterized by constant change - Collaborative Team Player: A team player who collaborates effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization to foster cooperation and achieve project objectives - Certification: Preferred certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or a similar Agile-related certification that demonstrates expertise in Agile practices
