Marketing Specialist

- Ability to develop a marketing strategy for promoting and bringing a brand / product to the market and be able to evaluate its effectiveness - Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of projects at the levels of business, marketing and media results - Planning marketing budget in relation to business performance - Track, analyze and report the success of campaigns and events - Create online and offline marketing content - Contribute to the planning, monitoring, execution and evaluation of advertising media, consumer and trade promotions, price, quality, packaging and PR programs - Monitors and analyze advertising and promotion expenditure on assigned products/brands to control budgets - Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales

- 1-3 years' of marketing experience - BS/MS degree in Marketing and/or Management - Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills are required - Excellent writing and communication skills
