- Organize and maintain personnel records - Update internal databases (e.g, record sick or maternity leave) - Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides - Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 year of personnel administration experience, - Good knowledge of RA Labor Code - Advanced knowledge of English and Russian languages - Excellent organizational skills - Strong phone, e-mail and in-person communication skills
