Customer Attraction Specialist

- Attract new customers - Implement direct and indirect sales - Conduct customer need assessment and develop respective products - Initiate new projects and improvement processes - Conduct market analysis and create potential customers’ database

- University degree in Economics or Finance - At least 2 years’ experience at bank, specifically in sales or customer attraction fields - Good command of sales techniques for banking products and services - Initiative and high sense of responsibility - Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment - Advanced communication skills with strong business acumen - Excellent knowledge of English and Russian
