- Working within a team to process RFQ and tender requests through current and third-party suppliers - Identifying the best routes and rates available and communicating back through to customers - Customer Credit checking - I ssuing transport documents in our and carrier & apos’ systems - Liaising between Sales and Operations teams on potential and booked shipments to ensure a smooth handover between rates and Operations - Organizing air shipments - Estimation of costs and revenues in our system - Invoicing - Maintaining and managing current KPIs through monthly reporting procedures - Rate and service negotiations with service providers to ensure the best routing/rating options

- Excellent English language skills - oral & and written - Knowledge of German is a plus - Excellent and effective communication skills (both verbal and written) - Strong customer service orientation and excellent work ethic - Ability to quickly process information and make decisions with meticulous attention to details - A team player with a high sense of responsibility
