Sales specialist

- Provide financial consultation to existing and potential customers of the Bank on the phone or other remote communication channels - Be in touch with potential and existing customers via calls - Cross-sell banking services and products to existing and potential clients by phone or other remote communication channels - Implement outbound calls based on requests and needs of certain divisions - Process requests received from existing and potential customers through various channels - Develop and maintain relations with new customers

- University degree in economics or related fields; - At least 1 year of work experience in customer care, sales or related fields - Experience in banking will be an advantage - Experience in phone sales/ telemarketing will be an advantage - Good command of MS Office - Excellent knowledge of Armenian, advanced knowledge of English and Russian - Result orientation - Communication skills - Negotiation skills - Good team player
